CICERO is designed to sit alongside your existing organisation, not to replace it, and is tailored to meet the needs of the individual organisation. It can handle multiple incidents at the same time. Viewed times can be switched between incident and local zone times and GMT.

User friendly, it requires minimal training, and is easy to set up and administer.

The Enhanced Database allows use of several independent systems administered individually on the same server.
