How can we help?
Questions and Concerns
Most questions and concerns can be resolved directly at the school level by speaking with your听teacher,听vice-principal, or听principal.听For general information and inquiries, email鈥痷s at:听kpr_info@kprdsb.ca.听
Student and Family Support Office
Some matters may require听additional听support beyond the school level. The Support听Office听provides a pathway for follow-up when more help is needed.听
Human Rights Concerns
Report IT!鈥痠s a confidential online tool,听administered by the Commissioner鈥檚 Office of Human Rights, Equity and Accessibility,听to report听human rights听concerns.听
Addressing Concerns听
It's important for students, staff and families to address concerns directly with those involved, when possible.听

If you have a concern with your child鈥檚 education, please contact your child's teacher. Most questions or problems can be resolved听immediately听this way.听

If you feel more action is听required, please contact your child's principal or vice-principal听and request time to discuss your concerns.听听

If you still are not satisfied, please contact the鈥�superintendent鈥痳esponsible for your child's school.听

If, after speaking with your superintendent, you still feel听additional听action is necessary, please contact the听Student and Family Support Office.听

Student and Family Support Office
The Student and Family Support Office offers parents/guardians and caregivers assistance with complex questions or concerns related to their child's education. 鈥�
While most questions are best addressed directly through your child鈥檚 school, we recognize that some matters may require听additional听support beyond the school level. The Support听Office听provides a pathway for follow-up when more help is needed.听
Report Human Rights Concerns

- Failure to accommodate where there is legal duty; and/or,听
