It's important for students, staff and families to address concerns directly with those involved, when possible.Ìý

If you have a concern with your child’s education, please contact your child's teacher. Most questions or problems can be resolvedÌýimmediatelyÌýthis way.Ìý

If you feel more action isÌýrequired, please contact your child's principal or vice-principalÌýand request time to discuss your concerns.ÌýÌý

If you still are not satisfied, please contact the superintendent responsible for your child's school.Ìý

If, after speaking with your superintendent, you still feelÌýadditionalÌýaction is necessary, please contact theÌýStudent and Family Support Office.Ìý

The Student and Family Support Office offers parents/guardians and caregivers assistance with complex questions or concerns related to their child's education.  Ìý
